What I got:
- 2 containers of vanilla ricemilk ($1.79 each, so cheap!)
- 1 vegan burrito
- 2 lara bars and 2 chocolate bars for my roomie's birthday
- 2 organic ramen noodle packages
- oats
- blueberry granola w/ flaxseed
- trail mix
- peanut butter that I ground myself (cool!)
- 2 organic Stoneyfield's yogurts (no Silk soy yogurt and this one was cheap)
- raw Blue Agave sweetener (no more splenda, yay!)
All for $23! I feel thrifty. :) It won't last me long, but at least I have some delicious, healthy, and mostly vegan food to sustain me when I can't eat at the dining hall. I also found out through studying vegan health websites that I don't think I'm going to have a hard time at all getting enough nutrients such as iron, vitamin B12, calcium, and protein.
Today's food:

Lunch-taco with beans, lettuce, salsa, and onions; beans and rice; salad; few bites of blackberry cobler (not vegan)
Snack-apple w/ peanut butter; granola
Dinner- organic vegan ramen
